Concesionaria Vuela Compañía de Aviación, colloquially and popularly known as Volaris, is a low-cost Mexican airline headquartered in Santa Fe, Mexico City with its base and hub at Tijuana International Airport and Guadalajara International Airport in Mexico City. Its other secondary hubs lie at Monterrey Airport, LA International Airport and Cancun Airport. Volaris is Mexico’s second largest airline and serves both international and domestic destinations in the Americas. It is also a leading domestic airline in Mexico.
Volaris has a total of 66 aircrafts – 12 Airbus A319-200s, 43 Airbus A320-200s, 1 Airbus A320neo, and 10 Airbus A321-200s.
Volaris flies to 40 domestic destinations across Mexico.

Volaris flies to 28 international destinations across the US, Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica.

Volaris offers inflight entertainment on equipped Boeing 737-800 and Embraer 190 aircrafts, both on domestic and international flights. It also features an inflight magazine known as V Magazine.
Volaris provides meals across its entire fleet on all domestic and international flights. However, the meals aren’t complimentary and need to be paid for.

Travellers can check-in for their Volaris flight online via web check-in, via the mobile app, or the Volaris counters at the airport. Travellers can check-in online here using their reservation code and last name. One can also check-in using Volaris’ mobile app.
Baggage Allowances and Fees
Volaris’ check baggage allowance is 55lbs x1pc (domestic and Mexico-Central America flights) and 55lbs x 5pc (flights to/from US, Puerto Rico and within Central America).
